Meet Denise T. Taylor, MBA, MSW, LMSW, CLC
I help people who carry a lot create room for what matters.
I’m an online life and business coach, a certified professional life coach, and the founder of The Brave Centre.

Warm conversation.
Clear direction.
Brave action.
My approach
A deep exhale and a real plan.
I work with high-capacity people who carry a great deal in their personal lives, careers, communities, and businesses. They are ready for life to feel more grounded, spacious, and aligned with who they are now.
My background blends business leadership, advanced social work training, and years of experience as a certified life coach. I pay attention to your story, your capacity, and your goals. Then we make clear, realistic choices that honor all three.
My style is warm, honest, and practical. You get room to tell the truth, thoughtful reflection, and simple next steps you can actually follow through on. Insight matters. I also believe insight should become movement.

Grounded in real life
I know what it means to carry the vision and the responsibility.
My work is shaped by more than credentials. It is informed by years of building, leading, caring for people, making difficult decisions, and learning when courage means beginning again.
Business leadership
Experience behind the strategy.
Before deepening my work in coaching and mental health, I spent more than a decade building and leading a childcare business. I understand what it means to make decisions, care for a team, hold responsibility, and eventually recognize when it is time for a new chapter.
Life coaching
Support for the whole person.
We may work on boundaries, burnout, emotional load, procrastination, routines, identity shifts, decision-making, or major life transitions.
Business coaching

We may clarify your offers, pricing, leadership, systems, visibility, structure, or the emotional weight of being the person in charge.

Clear roles. Ethical care.
This is coaching, not therapy.
My clinical training allows me to bring trauma-informed language, strengths-based reflection, and nervous-system awareness into the coaching space. The Brave Centre does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or crisis services.
Coaching is virtual and available nationwide and internationally. Therapy is provided separately through affiliated clinical practices and is available only to clients located in Maryland.
